The Process
Great results start with a proven process. Every vehicle follows the same detailed steps to ensure the paint is perfectly prepared so the ceramic coating can bond properly and deliver maximum performance, durability and long-term protection.
Step 1: Degreaser Wash
Helps to remove any old wax or sealants to allow the ceramic coating to bond properly.
Step 2: Clay bar and Iron Removal
This is important in making sure all contaminants have been removed from the vehicle's paint. Resulting in a smooth finish.
Step 3: Paint Enhancement
Most vehicles get a two-step paint correction to make sure all defects are removed before the application of the coating.
Step 4: Panel Prep
Each panel is prepared with an isopropyl alcohol cleaner to ensure all oils and residue are removed.
Step 5: Ceramic Coating Application
The coating is applied panel by panel until the entire vehicle is sealed.
Step 6: Final Inspection
Ensure there are no high spots or streaks and all areas are coated.
